A warm welcome to the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust – a close and collaborative family of cherished schools in Herefordshire, South Shropshire, Worcestershire and Telford and Wrekin (the Diocese of Hereford). It is a real honour to lead this flourishing schools trust, in our rural diocese, where aspiration is high, service to children and families comes first, and where Christian values, underpin all we do.

We are a strong and mature trust which includes two Church of England secondary schools and sixteen primary schools. Two of our primaries are community schools and the others are all CE primaries.

Together we have over 3200 children and young people, which gives us the capacity to make a real difference to the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of working in the education system.

We are fully committed to ensuring that the education provided by our schools equips every individual with the necessary wisdom, knowledge and skills they need, to open up broad horizons of hope and aspiration. We are here to develop qualities of character that enable children to flourish together, respecting human dignity and with an appreciation of the ultimate worth of each person. Ours is an education that builds bridges, enabling all our children to live a life in all its fullness.

At our heart, we are a Church of England organisation which works in support of education within the Hereford Diocese. Our area is one of the most rural and sparsely populated parts of England (and Wales). Our calling is to ensure that every single child in this place has access to a wonderful education that will enable them to realise their God-given potential. Each of our schools is very distinctive and has its own unique character and curriculum which meets the needs of its community.
